  1. Insert the base of the panda head mold into the main mold.
  2. Lightly wet mold with water
  3. Pack rice into the mold. (Recommended amount is ~ 80 grams)
  4. Press down using the lid piece
  5. Flip the mold over to release the rice
  6. For the face cut-outs, place a sheet of nori seaweed, or a slice of cheese or ham onto the silicone mat.
  7. Place the cut-out tool on top of the seaweed (side with serrated edges down) and press down to cut out the desired panda face.
  8. Place the facial feature cutouts onto the rice
  9. Done!
You can also use the other cut-out tool to create garnishes from cheese, ham, vegetables etc.
